Lori was fantastic at negotiating with the seller’s agent, and made us be the strongest candidate among all other offers. We went through 3 escrows with Lori due to the sellers cancelling sales, Lori helped us getting our offers accepted when there were multiple offers. She was approachable, understanding, and always was a wonderful sport even during disappointing moments (i.e., two failed escrows). We felt that she sincerely cared about us as a family and helped us decide what property and strategy work the best for us. We have a toddler and a newborn, and we were also grateful for her flexibility in scheduling showings and meetings.
